What Time Can I Check In To My Holiday Home?

 

On the day of your arrival you can check-in at any time after 3.30pm. If you arrive before your check-in time you are welcome to relax and enjoy the Holiday Park until your Holiday Home is ready for you.

 

What Time Do I Have To Check Out At The End Of My Holiday?

 

Please check-out by 10am. But you may still use the Park facilities until 3pm.

 

Can Friends And Family Visit Whilst I Am On My Holiday?

 

Yes, but only the people named on the booking confirmation can use the Holiday Park facilities and stay overnight in our Holiday Homes.

 

Do You Provide Bedding?

 

Fresh clean bedding will be provided upon arrival. All of the beds will be made up for you before you arrive. But towels are not provided.

 

Does The Holiday Park Have Free WIFI?

 

Yes, Par Sands Holiday Park has free WIFI internet access in Par Beach Café and also in the Leisure Centre. User Name: Par Sands.

 

How Many People Can Sleep In The Holiday Home?

 

The maximum is eight people (including children and babies) if you use the pull out sofa bed.

 

Do I Need To Leave A Security Deposit?

 

No, a security deposit is not required.

 

Can Everyone Use The Swimming Pool?

 

There are a few important rules designed to keep you and your family safe: No unsupervised children under 15 years old are allowed. 0-3 year olds to be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult at the ratio of 1 adult to 1 child. 4-7 year olds to be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult at the ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. 8-14 year olds to be accompanied in the water or pool side by a responsible adult at the ratio of 1 adult to 3 children. The accompanying person must be a responsible adult who is at least 16 years old and is a competent swimmer. For all non-swimmers, irrespective of age, the ratio of 1:1 applies and the accompanying person must be in the water providing direct supervision with the non-swimmer. You are responsible for the behaviour and safety of all the children in your party at all times.

 

Is Smoking Permitted On The Holiday Park?

 

You cannot smoke cigarettes, tobacco or e-cigarettes in any of our Holiday Homes or in any of the Holiday Park’s facilities or buildings. But there are signposted outdoor smoking areas on the Holiday Park. Also, you may smoke next to your Holiday Home behind your parking bay. But please ensure that you are away from any fire hazards.

 

Are Dogs Welcome?

 

Generally, we welcome up to 2 well-trained dogs per Holiday Home. However, we cannot not allow any dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act which include Pit Bull Terriers, Dogo Argentinos, Fila Brasileiros and Japanese Tosas. Your dog is your responsibility and your liability so if your dog is noisy or misbehaves we will to ask you to remove your dog to kennels at your own expense. Therefore, we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead and that a responsible adult is in attendance at all times. Dogs must not be left alone in the Holiday Home at any time. Also, please bear in mind that you are unable to take your dogs or pets into the restaurant or any public buildings unless your dog is a Registered Assistance Dog.

 

Are Pets Welcome?

 

We are pet friendly. So if you want to bring an animal other than a dog please contact us before booking your holiday home so that we can discuss your requirements and determine the best way forward before you book up and pay for your holiday. Do You Have Wheelchair Friendly Accommodation?

 

No sorry. All of our holiday homes have steps to the front door.

 

Do You Allow Stag Or Hen Parties?

 

No sorry, our Holiday Homes are ideal for families and couples. We don’t allow hen or stag parties.

 

Do You Allow Group Bookings?

 

Yes, we welcome groups of friends and family members and/or adult couples.

 

Can You Accommodate People With Food Allergies?

 

The Holiday Park’s food and beverage team members are trained in food allergen awareness. If you have a food allergy or special dietary requirement, please talk to one of our team members before ordering your food. They can give information about the ingredients and how the food is prepared so that you can make an informed decision about what to order.

 

Can I Re-Heat Baby Food In The Holiday Park Restaurant?

 

Due to the strict terms of our food safety policy, the restaurant is unable to reheat baby and infant food for you.

 

Where Can I Park My Car?

 

You will have your own private car parking bay next to your holiday home. But the bay is not suitable for a large commercial vehicle, a trailer, a boat or a jet ski. But the private road directly in front of Par Sands holiday park can be used for additional or overflow parking.

 

Can I Charge My Electric/Hybrid Vehicle On Park?

 

There are no dedicated electric vehicle charging points at Par Sands Holiday Park.

 

What Facilities Will Be Open During My Holiday?

 

We hope that during your holiday you will be able to enjoy as many of the Holiday Park’s facilities as possible. But for periods outside the peak season the Holiday Park may not have quite as much going on. This means that some of the facilities may be withdrawn. This is one of the reasons why off peak holidays cost less. You should note that the money you pay us is for the use of the Holiday Home only. Any facilities on park are provided to you as a complimentary service. We do not promise or guarantee the facilities on the Holiday Park will be always open. For example, it may be that the Government or Par Sands Health and Safety Managers have decided that facilities cannot be opened safely at any such time. Should this be the case, you will not be entitled to cancel your holiday or to receive any compensation.

 

What If I Leave Something Behind?

Do I Require Holiday Insurance?

 

For your peace of mind, we advise that you take out suitable holiday insurance covering cancellation, medical and personal possessions as a minimum for the duration of your stay.

 

What Is Expected Of Me And My Party On The Holiday Park?

 

Everyone on the Holiday Park must always treat others respectfully. Please ensure that your behaviour is not likely to upset other guests.

 

What If We Accidently Break Something In The Holiday Home?

What If The Hot Water Boiler Or The Gas Central Heating Breaks Down?

 

Contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a Gas Safe engineer to visit your Holiday Home and fix the problem for you. Contact Dayfields Holidays immediately: Tel: 0208 364 6764 Email holidays@dayfields.co.uk. If your Holiday Home gets cold there are emergency electric heaters you can use in the storage box attached to the outside of your Holiday Home. The key for the storage box lock is attached to the Master Key you initially used to gain access to your Holiday Home. But if there is a severe emergency and you require a very urgent response you should go to Par Sands Reception and ask them to call out a 24/7 emergency engineer. But please keep us updated.
